Talecris Biotherapeutics, Inc. (TBI) announced the merger of Precision Pharma Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Talecris, into TBI. Talecris’ parent company acquired Precision Pharma of Melville, NY in 2005, maintaining its name and separate operations.      Precision’s 140 employees will become Talecris employees and will remain in Melville.
